Terms of Service
Last updated 12 October 2026
By using Zoit you agree to these terms.
The service
Zoit is a tool for preparing and sharing legal drafts. It does not give legal advice, and it is not a law firm. Responsibility for the content of every document stays with the law firm and the people who write it.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Law firms are responsible for who they invite and for the permissions they give.
Your content
You own what you put into Zoit. You give us permission to store and display it only so that the service can work for you and the people you share it with.
Acceptable use
Do not use Zoit for anything unlawful, try to access matters that are not shared with you, or disrupt the service.
Availability
We work to keep Zoit running and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is" without guarantees. Keep your own copies of important documents, for example with Save as Word or Save as PDF.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make an important change, we will tell users before it takes effect.
Contact
For any question about this policy or your information, contact the law firm that invited you to Zoit.
